We are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (Level 1 or 2 dependent of experience) to work with individual pupils or to support small groups in either Key Stage 1 or 2. Please indicate your preference when applying, so that we can ensure we get the right person for each role.
We are also looking for Lunch Time Supervisors which could be an additional role.
The successful candidate must be able to work closely with the class teacher to support English and Maths Experience of working in either Key Stage 1 or 2, within a mainstream setting is desirable. The ability to engage and build relationships with children is essential. This role may also suit a graduate with a long-term view to teacher training. The post also includes lunchtime supervision.

You will need:
- A good English and Maths skillset (GCSE / O Level Grade C or above )
- Good communication skills

- To relate well to both adults and children
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
Salary
Mornings only (16.25 hours/week) £7,277 - £7,818 actual
All day (25.4 hours/week) £11,375 - £12,220 actual
£18,887 - £20,290 FTE
Lunch time (5.4 hours/ week) £2,311 actual. £18,517 FTE
